help with uv compatibility

I'm trying to uv coat prints from a Indigo 5000 I use Ink Toner hybrid the uv solution is Grand Rapids Ink higital uv coating uvc 10240 It is leaving streaks on the prints which are predominately black I am also using 100# gloss stock. Any help will be appreciated.
