hourly target for a five-color job

we are setting benchmarks for a packaging jobs for four 102-presses. 2 cd and 2 cx which typically prints similar jobs. what is the effective hourly impression that our pressman should achieve for a four or five color job for a caliper 12 or 15 carrier board. it seems not advisable to hit 15000 imp/hour for this kind of substrate. thanks for all your inputs and advices

when you say a caliper of 12 or 15 are you talking thousandths of an inch as in .012 or .015? If your talking that measurement scale, I see no reason why either a CD or a CX couldn't run pretty close to max speeds, as long as the press is fairly well maintained. This of course assumes that your pressman are comfortable running at them speeds.
