How to download the Tiff files to the film imagesetter?

1. If I have a flexrip T4 and Bg
2. Can I use flexrip T4 to CTF and CTP?
3. Could you please explain TIFF-G4 and TIFF-T4?

Hi Victor,

If you want to expose Tiff-files on the MegaSetter they need to be ripped with the gamma value of the MegaSetter to get a linear output (definable in FlexRip Configure) and then wrapped in a PDF jacket (make sure overprint is set to "Darken (Esko) in the ticket, otherwise it will try to vectorize the TIFF.

FlexRip/T4 generates 1-bit TIFF Group 4 files
FlexRip/TG generates 8-bit TIFF Gray files
