how to make your chemical emboss more rough?

quick question to all the GURUS... we have a Heidelberg CD 74 - 6 colour + coating, how to make the Chemical Emboss more rough?
 
may not be the answer you are looking for, but you may have to do offline on screen press to get more thickness then online, a press can only put so much thickness on the sheet...
 
We use a 55 BCM and it cures fine with two IST lamps. You just have to run very slow speed. But i have always felt that offline is the way to go.............
