may not be the answer you are looking for, but you may have to do offline on screen press to get more thickness then online, a press can only put so much thickness on the sheet...

Would the answer be a bigger size anilox roller?

Higher BCM (45+) anilox and some good 'Raised UV' Coating

Thats a HUGE roller cornish! How many lamps do you need to cure that! LOL!

We use a 55 BCM and it cures fine with two IST lamps. You just have to run very slow speed. But i have always felt that offline is the way to go.............
