HP DJ5000 "Ghosting" in Print

Please view the attached JPEG. There is a print quality issue with the output; the streaking that appears most visibly along the edge of the blue background on the right side of the image, and is similar to ghosting that you might see on an offset printed sheet. The print direction is from the right to the left of the image, it appears on different paper types, the HP printer is CMYK, LM, LC, with a Best Color RIP in front.

If anyone has seen this type of print quality issue on an HP or other printer, I would appreciate hearing from you, especially if you have a resolution to the problem!

Thanks!
