In your case, the actual RH is 76% and the upper limit is 70%.
You need dehumidification.
Air Condition does this, but you may also need additional from a dehumidifier.

I also agree that air conditioning will lower your humidity. I'm guessing that the temperature is a machine temperature and not room temperature. If your ctp room has a high temperature be careful if you add an inexpensive dehumidifier because it will raise the room temperature at the same time it lowers the humidity. Maintaining a consistent room humidity and temperature from start of day til end of day will give the most consistent results on your ctp. It's best to keep your room at a stable temperature and humidity over night. Not everyone does this but if you can it may make a difference if you're having problems with consistency on your ctp.

76% RH is very high and (in the UK), is above the one week moving average permitted under building regulations from a design perspective. This level will cause a whole host of problems in a production environment, both with equipment and substrates.
Whilst air Conditioning will indeed reduce, it is effective only for the time it is running, quickly reverting to previous levels when turned off. A dehumidifier is definitely the answer, ensuring it is sized correctly to the room volume.
