I have a plate HW-776-20 with apparent defect.
Prints faulty (does not print the lines correctly, points will not print correctly, cuts and aborts the images). The defect was confirmed by AGFA SERVICEMAN. The seller of the card says that it was taken from an operating system that was functioning normally. Another defect is that she gives when I send some work (with the parallel cable disconnected), keeps trying to rip print instead of returning a status message AccuSet. That was what made the technician finds the defect. The board would have to respond to rip there is no connection.
Does anyone know if this card to install with windows XP should be changed some parameter in the PC BIOS?
