I can't Preview my templates in Sig list

Hi,
I am using Preps 5.1.5 &5.3.3 and in both of them I can't Preview my templates in the signature list. I get an error in 5.1.5 (Unknown) and just a blank sheet in 5.3.3. Can anybody help me fix this?
Mac OS X 10.6.3 Snow leopard (Now) but it happened all the way back to 10.4 (Tiger)
It is annoying having to print everyone to the laser printer to (Preview)

It sounds like your versions of preps are corrupt. Have you tried reinstalling preps?

It is only 2 machines one is running Leopard and the other is running Snow leopard. I have 8 other machines that have both those OS's and it works fine. but yes I have reloaded and the problem still persists.

It's my understanding that Only Preps 6.0 works with Snow Leopard. Is this wrong?

Preps 5.3.3 works under Snow Leopard.

Hm. The info came from a Kodak rep. If you've been running successfully (current situation notwithstanding), then he was in error.
