iGen3 verus HP3500 digital presses

Looking for user experience for either of above presses: image quality, press reliability and maintenance, and operating costs. What sort of downtime has been experienced? Other issues that we should look at before buying? Thanks.

You can get all or most of your answers by reading the posts that have been made. Not long ago there was even a cost post for operation of an iGen, also HP, soooo hike yourself to the post library.
