we just recieved an igen 4 from our sister shop because they got an igen 5. we are operating without any experience and not much training on this machine. i would appreciate some tips on running 14mil poliprint, or any other polyester materiel that is available. thanks

sheet is melting or not adhearing

Xpedex should have recommended settings for running it on an igen.

Try these settings:

C2S, Gloss Smooth 300 g/m2 Detack = 0 Transfer A&B = 100 side 1 Transfer A&B = 90 side 2 Lower feed drawer
