Hello,
we run a Xante Ilumina for one year now and we have first major problem with this nice machine. After we opened the uper bonnet of machine (same as we do when change the toners) and closed them again, the machine alert "uncompatible toner" on all colors. We always using genuie toners and all others materials. Official service say that the eprom was reloded on original OKI settings. Service proposoal was changing of EPROM chip, maybe main board to. For this work we must sending machine to main service in Netherlands.
Have anyone some expirience with something like that?
