Image Not Found Stingray ECRM 63 QS

Hello,

I have Stingray ECRM 63 QS. I tried to send the print command to the printer and there was no response except the message "image not found" was shown on the computer display. The printer's status was still online, however. How can i fix this problem? What could be the source of this problem?

Is it possible that your file has an image in it that is not embedded but linked and the image is no longer available? Try embedding the image in the file.
