Imposition & paper side

Hi all, I've been looking at using two-sided papers with a heavy felt-marked side and smooth wire side.
I've read that the paper is supplied as it comes off the mill - felt side up.
Does that mean (using the imposition below), it would be an automatic assumption that pp 1,4-5,8-9,12-13,16 will be printed on the (upper) felt side?

The primary texture will be face up, yes. Some laid texture digital stocks are less laid on the back of the sheet. The more textured side is always face up when I take it out of the package.
