In Design CS4, automatics slugs

Hi everybody,
I wanted to know if some of you are using those automatic slug plugins fro INDD CS4, like Gluon Slugger ID. I need to get my proofs ID-ed with a lot of info. So far I'm filling them by hand, and it is a hassle. Any recommendations?
