In preps 7 how to add pages and flow?..

I am a new comer in preps 7. How to add pages and flow. Eg: in preps 5.3 just add pages and select the signature and mok and print. in 7 version...?

It seems Preps 7 is very similar to Preps 6, so those You Tube videos might be of some help.
