Ink Book issue

Anyone have any idea how to fix a corrupt ink book in packedge 7.4?
I cannot get designer inkbook unlocked?

Your best bet is to call Esko support, there is a file that you can delete that will clear that up.
It's been a while since we had that issue and I can't remember the file name or it's location.
But, it's a quick and easy fix.
