Ink build up on dampens rollers after printing 500 copies on my TOK machine.

I have tried different fount solutions? The rollers are not old.

Any suggestions.

Sunprints, sorry I can't answer you specific question but I suspect that you have a sensitized roller that needs cleaning possibly with acidic solution.

I would like to ask you a question of my own.

The TOK press design is of interest to me. I suspect that it potentially can be a good concept and print as quickly and as well as the Anicolor press. Potentially better.

From analysis, I would expect that the TOK press would print without much of any mechanical or starvation ghosting.
Can you comment on this?
Or can anyone else who has the TOK press?

Thanks for any feedback you can give.

Also a similar concept is the Didde MVP press. Any comments for those who have that press would also be appreciated. Thanks.

Follow the current posts on the topic "Ink Building up on Water Pan Roller".

That could be quite helpful to you.

Try cleaning the rollers with Böttcherin FR-1000 or some other cleaning agents from Bottcher probably there is your problem.
