ink density and conductivity measurement tool

Why would you buy a special purpose built one and not just an off the shelf Fluke (or other brand) multimeter?

There is a special probe designed for dropping into fluid and measuring density or conductivity. Look carefully at the photos posted. We have a multi meter, of course, but you can't dunk it in the tank and get a reading on a microscopic particle of ink. It's not the tool for the job. All the best, Mark

There are issues between the electrical performance of the ink itself and how an ink will perform when it is printed. I have been told that printing electrical circuits with offset lithography is not so suitable because the water in the printed ink affects performance. If one looks at the printing technologies that are now being used to print electrical circuits, one sees flexo, gravure, inkjet, screen but hardly any offset. At this time, the available inks are not compatible with lithography. Maybe in the future.
.

Erik, are you saying that electrical circuit boards are currently not able to be printed with sheetfed presses due to incompatible inks or is it a problem transferring and holding the required image size for the circuit boards?
