Ink difussion problem

Hello everybody from Greece

We have a MAN rotoman web press and the last two months we are facing this problem

Ink can not cover the low raster areas until the worker put some cleaning cream on the
plate or after two or three thousand metres of paper run.

We can not decide if the problem is in the quality of the plate or in the quality of ink

1) Are u using conventional or CTP plates?
2)Which ink brand are u using?
3)When did this problem first happened?
4)Did this happen graduatly, or all of a sudden?

The problem has been sold

It was a ctp plate problem

A good cleaning service to our Glunz & Jensen Developer give the solution.

Three workers for two days cleaning rollers ,developement and wash areas were enough!

Keep your developer clean !
