Inline Finishing

We have been working with plow folding and a rotary cutter for close to a year now and am looking to get a disscusion group started on this topic. I have a baldwin rotary cutter
and have a size variation sheet to sheet. Is there anyone with some ideas?

admittedly I know nothing about rotary cutters. but are there helical gears for timing. I would think that sloppy gear lash could cause "registration" issues
