Insallling new press into Apogee X system

I have Apogee X 3.5 with an Avalon LF and a Sherpa44m. My company just bought a new press, so I need to install a new press configuration. I am looking for some guidance with this, because AGFA is telling me it will cost around 2000.00 to do this. I have the install disk,. I just need the better info than I can get out of the manual.

My suggestion is to use Agfa's Support or some one in your area who is an expert on Apogee X. Sometimes it is better to invest $2000 than wasting time for months and ending up calling them back for help!
