We are currently seeking a dynamic inside sales professional to join our team as Inside Sales Representative.
The primary goal of the Inside Sales Representative is to contact new and existing customers by phone in an effort to sell our products. In addition, you will assist with managing in-bound client calls as well as implementing sales and marketing strategies. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include prospecting and targeting new clients as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients.
We are looking for a candidate who enjoys communicating via telephone and who has strong phone selling skills. He demonstrates professional level communication skills. He is aggressive, but not pushy, with their sales tactics. Strong interpersonal skills, self motivation, and a strong client orientation are critical in this position; our clients include graphic designers, ad agencies, printers and corporate clients.
In addition you will:
• Conduct direct telephone sales and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotations.
• Develop new customer accounts.
• Some travel required for customer visits and trade shows
• Receive inbound phone calls.
• Work with existing dealer network to promote our brand to their customers.
• Effectively manage the client database to ensure accurate and up to date information.
• Meet activity goals, such as lead generation, scheduling appointments, and outgoing calls, resulting in awarded projects and revenue growth.
