Intec FB8000 Auto Sheet Feeder Problem

Does anyone have an Intec Colorcut FB8000? We just got one second hand. The tray in the auto sheet feeder won't move up to the ready position. It's just stuck in the down position. I'm pretty sure it's not the motor, because when I turn it manually and then press the "lower stack " button, the motor kicks on and lowers the tray. Has anyone else had this problem or can you point me in the right direction for reliable resources?

It does not raise when you push the button, it only goes down.

It raises when sending the job from the cutting software, called ColorCut.

But, you need to make sure you select the FB8000 device in the settings menu.
There were 3 versions of the FB8000, so you will find..
FB8000
FB8000MK2
FB8000MK3.

You MUST select the right one as the feeding command changes between the models.

Ensure you set the cutter to AUTOFEED mode (Not manual)
And then when you click SCAN QR.. the feeder will automatically raise.
