Was reading on the return of the Kodak film and vinyl records, this ties into a question from a customer, they are looking into getting a used CTF, specifically a Avantra 30. The question is about the secured availability of Film for the thing, my answer was "Uhh!!!?" I know that Fuji has discontinued film for CTF and that there are Chinese manufacturers that churn out HeNe photo film buuut what about the others?
First the revival of Super 8 film which was previously announced but now on display at CES 2017:
