Jam code J8 - Duplo DBM-120 Bookletmaker

Every 4-6 passes I keep getting a jam code J8 in the folder.
I’m using the same stock as hundreds of jobs before, it’s a standard size nothing specific and all of a sudden it won’t stop.
Blown air, wiped, cleaned and nothing as far as I can see is obstructing the system.

any ideas would be hugely appreciated

If I remember correctly (and that's an iffy proposition these days), I replaced this switch several times during the time my DBM 120 was here.

Not sure what switch it is but either the one at the fold stopper fingers or when the folded booklet exits the machine. Its at the very end before going into the trimmer. Both switches have a lever type arm. Let us know.

How many pages was the booklet?
Does it have a gloss laminate cover which makes it slippery.
Is it being gripped heavily enough to be pulled to the trimmer at the specified time allocated.
