"Jump" problem Hamada DU 34 II

Hello,

I run a Hamda DU 34 II, one color front/back press. Rookie to the industry. I have recently been given a job that has very tight registration, running narrow box lettering outlined in black, filled with a solid color. Much different than my usual black tab dividers. On my second pass, I am getting an inconsistent "jump", meaning my print is not registering. It is mostly side to side, not head to tail. Starting to get a bit frustrated...If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, it will be greatly appreciated.

are your conveyor guide wheels off the sheet when the sheet jogs. The sheet should just pass off the wheels so that they are a bit of a back stop and they don't interfere with the jogging
