Hi All
We are currently using Nexus 8.5. We have a Man Roland and a Heidelberg press which we send cip files to from the Nexus work flow to the press pc. They are having a problem reading ink zones and do not come up with the consistent densities on press. We do not send a cip file for every job if it is a "rerun". My understanding is that the cip file determines the ink zone readings on press, if an old cip file is rerun and the sheet size or art file has changed, (we may not know this), wouldn't a new cip file be warranted for every job?
Nexus cip module, shouldn't the sheet width be set to the actual sheet width on the job, not the plate size? And if it is a Heidelberg press, the Heidelberg box checked?
Thank you
Katbar
