KM 1060 and 1060-L with error code C-4505 and C-9401 respectively

Hello all,
I have two KM 1060 machines displaying the following error codes;

1060 - I get error code C-4505 as it is just about to print a document.

1060- L - Error Code C-9401. I get this immediately I turn it on when initialising the scanner. I noticed that the
scanner light doesn't come on and that it moves slightly to the right then halts to a stop then displays the error code.
My technician is currently unavailable. Any ideas on how to go about this?

Where are you located? I service production Konica equipment in Southern California.

C-4505 is a yellow skew position out of range which can have a number of causes.

C-9401 sounds like a failed lamp or inverter.

Thank you for the response. I am located in Kenya- Africa.
I have managed to have issues solved
C-4505- wiped the colour registration unit which has three sensors with a cloth
C 9401 - Replaced the scanner with a unit from scrapped C 220 and now works perfectly fine
