KM 5501 keeps adjusting beteween prints

Hi everyone. My KM5501 is like this for 2 days, and I don't know what to do, I can only have a tech guy on wednesday and I have a lot to print.

It is printing but adjust between one or 2 sheets, from every tray, even bypass.

Any ideas.

Do you meen it is taking sheets from different trays every sheet or every second sheet?

Ours is set for Image Quality, but it may help you. You're saying that it runs a few sheets than adjusts?

Hi, thanks for answering. On a print run, lets say of 100, it actually stops between each print, adjusts, and then prints another. A print run of 200 takes up to an hour. But tech guy was here today, never happened while he was, then suddenly started doing the same again.
Any clue?

It happens from every tray, the KM is adjusting colour between each print.

Hi, thanks for answering. On a print run, lets say of 100, it actually stops between each print, adjusts, and then prints another. A print run of 200 takes up to an hour. But tech guy was here today, never happened while he was, then suddenly started doing the same again.
Any clue?

The Konica is supposed to do periodic adjustments. This is a normal function. However it should not be doing it every 5 or so sheets. It may do it say like every 500 sheets or something.

What sort of jobs are you running? heavy coverage? thick cardstock? auto duplex? I've seen paper thats been cut with a dull blade (with lots of fuz on the side) cause issues as well.
