KM12000 print quality issue

Hi,

My techs and I have been having an issue with this. This “ripple” or graining issue happens usually in cardstock or at least shows more. This happens usually on heavier saturation prints and it starts from the top left and gets better as it goes down.

This picture is one sample that we gloss laminated but it’s pretty much exactly what you see. Crap prints.

We’ve changed several parts over the months and nothing has helped much. My tech just did a zero out calibration in case we are gretting excessive toner dump at the start of the sheet.

If anyone has experienced this please assist, thanks!
