Kodak achieve T800

Hi, Im currently using a kodak achieve t800 platesetter and having an issue where it sucks the plate in sounds like it's working ie. can hear the drum turning and just stays that way till I force it to stop, and it eventually ejects the plate with a random line lasered on the plate

The weird thing is, that if I reboot the machine and computer it starts working fine for a short time (20mins or so) successfully making plates then returns to the problem I described.

Not sure where to start with diagnosing it, does any one know where I can find a non kodak service person in Australia? As each time they come out to us theres a rediculous price tag attached
