KODAK APPROVAL XP 4 - Maintenance

Hi All,

We have a KODAK Approval XP 4 unit in our location. This machine only serve 1 client with a very low run. For this reason, it doesn't justify the cost to have an annual maintenance contract on it. Where can I can information on Kodak certified/ Independent consultant in NYC area that can help with hardware problem in case by case basis?

Kodak will still service the unit for a fee. Or, how about all those techs they laid off?
