Kodak Magnus 400 Quantum installation

Hello,

We just bought a Kodak Magnus 400 Quantum (second hand), unfortunately it won't came with the installation guide or manual,
If anybody could help us with a downloadable installation guide or manual?

I don't know if this exist, but does somebody know technicians services that could provide an "online" assistance (through skype maybe) to give us the main guidelines for the installation and first booting ?!
We just want to make sure that we don't miss a step in the installation and first boot process.

PS: We are in Africa, we are not looking to bring a technician here (we already know how much it will cost)!

Hello, do you have a Kodak Magnus Rip manual? You seem well versed. Do you know if I can pull a 1 bit Tiff file off of the Kodak rip? My platesetter is down and we were hoping to send out to another shop for plates but they are asking for a 1 bit Tiff after it’s ripped. Any advice?

The Magnus does not have a Rip, it takes output from your workflow, that may be 1 bit Tiff or direct print to Expo. The 1 bit Tiffs need to come from that workflow.
