Kodak - mercury plate processor - drive/sensor error

Hi

past 1 month iam facing this problem here and there ; because of this problem my processor speed is not in control,

first i replugged all the cable and 1 week no issues ; afterthat same error then we swapped drive sensor board and brush drive board (same error) and both are same pcb board thats why we swapped it afterthat also same error;

next we changed both the sensors afterthat also same error then we checked the carbon in the motor and motor too its working fine..

Finally i fixed a manual transformer to control the speed manually which is not advisable but without knowing a solution this helps a lot for my production..

Kindly let me any other suggestions regarding this..

thanks for ur attachment ; after changing the main board (mother board) the problem got sorted out...
