Hi

The Correct temperature for our ctp plate processor is - 23.4 degree but past 10 days the temperature range is varies from 30-28 degree..

Recently we cleaned the entire plate processor ; we changed the filter...

Apart from this sometime we are getting drive sensor failure error too..

Any advise how to sort out this..

I think that your problem is with your chiller. The speed and temp of the processor is dependant on the type of plate that you are using.

Is this reading from the control panel or did you actually check it with a thermometer? I have gotten false readings before from control panels.

First of all check, with cover open and machine ready (put the keys from cover in the locks) if the surface of developer is fluctuating, wavy or it's steady.
In most cases circulation was the problem.
