Hi Wojtek,

take a look inside the machine during plate loading: just after pressing load button the roller should hit the drum (and plate) parallel on both sides - if it does then the problem might come from sensors, if roller movement is not parallel then the cylinder needs adjustment or replacement. There is a regulator on one of the cylinders that controls the speed.
You may try to adjust it. But I rather think the cylinder needs replacement.

Check for air leakages at hoses and elbows.Check your system pressure as well
