Komori Overshoot Problems

Is anyone experiencing overshoot problems on their Komori feeder? We have a 2014 LS429 H+C B2 press. Since new we have been experiencing sheets overshooting the front lays, and being snatched through the press resulting in damage to the blanket and packing. The feeder will stop but it doesn't hold the problem sheet in the front lays. It then leaves debris in the press which appears on the blanket at a later date. It is worth mention Komori have been very good and supplied plenty of training so its not a setting problem but they can't resolve the issue.

Hello Linc, We had that problem after we relocated our LS628. The culprit was the solenoid that controls the front stops. Another area to check would be the overrun lights, these are adjustable. Consult your manual for the procedure. The G-man
