on a system 38 its form to vibrator at 3/16", form to plate at 1/4", meter to vibrator at 3/16" and then meter to chrome until the waterfeed stops around the meter.

I'm Jay I run a komori 40inch press. First question are you asking nip setting for a 28 inch press or 40 inch press. If you are you replacing Damp. rollers for 40 , the setting are 6mm Water form to plate -
5mm water form to chrome Vib. and 5mm meter roller to Chrome Vib.
For the 28 inch press Damp. settings are 4mm to plate 5mm water form to chrome Vib.
and 4mm meter roller to chrome Vib.

Jay is correct,make sure you start with the metering roller and work torward the plate,also when you set your water form roller to the plate make sure you put your form rollers on.
