Konica 12000 & .dbp files dropping for no reason

We installed a new Konica 12000 in January. We impose nearly 100% of our work in Fiery, which produces a ‘.dbp’ file. These are handy for us if we need to do reprints. Lately the RIP has been dropping these files shortly after processing and we don’t know why. Strangely, its not all ‘.dbp’, only some. Does anyone know why this might be? It used to keep all processed results, but now it seems the RIP chooses what to discard. thx

There’s usually a max you can set on files saved, right? Unless you Archive I believe.
I usually had it on 500 but realized the fiery got super sluggish when it’s full so I decreased it.

I have never found the Fiery Impose feature to be all that reliable, or useful... We impose 99.997% of our work with either Quite Imposing through Acrobat or through our desktop page programming application Prisma Prepare. I'd say contact Fiery through their forums... but, I tried once to bring up an imposing problem with Fiery, I had a support tech argue with me that it was working as designed.

Hey , did you ever find the solution ?

I too have a very similar issue with imposition . The client will proof a imposed job fine , but when printing the job later , the imposition scheme is lost .
