Konica C3070 not printing the entire signatures of a certain file.

I have a document of 100pages A4 size full colour with text and images, 30 copies each. Imposition have 25 signatures printed both sides on 130gsm Art Matt Paper. We use IC605 output software. The printer only manages up to signature 8 then causes paper jam at a certain page. Technician said it must be our file. We've been forced to print single signature sending 1 copy each print for 30 times. Very tedious. What could be the problem? Oh, we were able to print a totally different job that has 24 pages on the same type of paper and size. There are also some magenta smears/ patches on the paper

What's different about the page it always jams at to the preceding pages ? Specifically in terms of toner coverage, coverage close to edges, etc?
IMO the technician is wrong, whilst it may be your content that's triggering the problem, the machine shouldn't do that.
Does it jam on side one or side two of a duplex sheet? Bear in mind it may lay down the second side first.... I think.
