List Data Processing/ Direct Mail Marketing (Murrieta)
Direct Mail Marketing Company with an immediate opening for a mailing list processor.
Requirements: EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!!!
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience processing mailing lists with Accuzip mailing or similar program.
- Must have knowledge and experience composing records.
- Must have strong knowledge of Postal Regulations.
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Must have detailed knowledge of mailing list formatting and manipulation processes such as Cass Certification, NCOA, Merge/Purge, Duplicate record removal, and Presorting Procedures.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to juggle multiple jobs simultaneously, and be good at reading and understanding job specifications.
- Must be comfortable working at a computer the entire day fixing and processing mailing lists.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting formatting and fixing client provided mailing lists.
- Use Accuzip software to process mailing lists. This includes, CASS certification, duplicate removal, NCOA, presorting, preparing documentation for the Post Office, formatting and exporting data for production.
- Interacting as required with coworkers and clients to answer data processing related questions and to resolve any data related issues that may arise.
