Looking for tag supplier

Hi,
I have a special tag that need's a 24" wire inserted.
The tag itself is on Tyvek 3 1/8" x 6.25".
Anyone know of a Tag supplier that can handle this.

I had a similar requirement for a customer, only mine involved both a long wire wrap, reinforced hole, AND 3part NCR on the tag. tagprinters.com did a B+ job on it. (My only gripe was 85/100 print quality, but the price was right)
