PrintGlobe is growing FAST and offers one of the best sales opportunities in Austin (recently named again to the Austin Business Journal Fast 50). As a leading provider of Print and Promotional Products, Account Managers are provided with WARM LEADS and we use an inside sales method at our new larger office space with M-F hours. Our 1st year reps average $40-50K (and sometimes more), with growth after that from $50-100K.

Treat your customers right and they are yours forever. Repeat and residual business is what we strive for with our customers. We offer our clients a 1-stop shop for all their printing needs, and need some Strong Closers and Customer Service pro's to take care of the over 800 new customers we get each month.

We've recently redesigned our website, moved into new larger offices, and are poised for strong growth over the next few years. We offer a casual work environment, fun office events (did we mention we have a stage/live music venue in our office?), as well as a full benefits package. Compensation is composed of base salary, as well as monthly bonuses and commissions on everything you sell!

Our Account Managers can earn $40,000 - $100,000+/yr based on their performance. We offer a base salary + commission and merit-based, monthly bonus incentives. We also offer a benefits package that includes medical benefits, stock options, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacation, as well as frequent company sponsored events and parties.

Key Traits:
• Organized, efficient, multi-tasker with and eye for detail and creative outside the box problem solving ability.
• A desire to work with time sensitive projects is a must.
• Assertive with initiative/follow-up skills with desire to make outgoing ca lls to existing customers.
• Understand the importance of negotiating within a competitive marketplace, and can overcome objections using logic and ethical business principals.
• Desire to achieve, excel and continuously improve sales skill and product/industry knowledge.
• Excellent phone presence and written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Skills/Experience:
• Two (2) years top achieving B2B sales/customer service experience
• Proven effective interpersonal skills.
