Lotem 400+MCU loading problem

hey everybody
ive a Lotem400+MCU , and start up normaly with no error at all
and when i try to initiate xy reset nothing moves at all in the mcu unit , and stay working for 2 minutes before it pops an error

what would be the problem or where i can check ????!!!!

tried to change the local 3 with one already working but with lotem 800 MCU . and gives me errors
any idea !

thats the thing , that the machine gives no error messages at all and keep giving GREEN WORKING sign , but nothing of x or y moves at all

The problem still exist guys , moved the machine to storage a year and half now , and start to reinstall it with the same error again
