Lotem 400 Start Problem

Hi
we are having Creo Lotem 400 CTP earlier it was working Smooth we having 23 Laser LD and since last three month we face one problem like startup earlier its start immidiate but now its take 2 hrs to start some time it star in 20 min some time more than six hrs so i ask somebody so they say its may because of loose contact or door switch problem so i checked all switches all are working fine ...later on i checked back side CTP Power 400 Board connection all are connected can anybody Help Me What it is Problem how i can solve this or need to replace any board ... Does the Lotem works well upter it loaded? If yes it looks like that everything functions OK, so I would think that the problem could be arround the PC ( CPU+Disk+Software)
Try and reload Windows and then the application of the Dolev. But before you do this save the DATA base and also the REGISTRY of the Lotem.
After loading the Windows software, load the SAVED REGISTRY and then the Lotem Application software. After this check if the data base is the same as you had before, i.e. plates, punches.

Sir ones machine is standby working very smoothly , everything is perfect working, i tried to connect windows pc seprate power, windows 95 booting but say ddb card error when i checked throughly i found that from power distribution board ( CTP Power 400 Board ) two output ....... one goes to DDB BOX and another goes to PC Box theres was no output current its need 230V that 230Volt missing can you guide me which relay control this voltage on and off or if possible can you give me block diagram of power distribution Boards ( CTP Power 400 )

YOur cheapest solution is to run the PC from an external power source ( 230v) and the L Box ( with the lasers and DDB board) from the {Power Distribution Box). The problem with the Distribution board could be a solid State relay is down.

The slow boot has nothing to do with the CTP Power - distribution board

Is Windows loading slowly or the Lotem application?
I understand that after everything is up and running the machine works fine - please confirm.
You need the interlock closed and breaker on for the LBox to get the DDB online.

If you have the BIOS floppy, reload BIOS (disable first secure cmos) - also try setting detect IDE PIO mode to 0
When windows is loaded, check the drive space and run a chkdsk in command prompt.

If no success, as Pach said, make a registry and database backup, reload the Windows image and Lotem application with the eventual updates and restore the backup.

If problem does not go away, replace the hdd and repeat above steps on the new drive
