Lotem 800 II message: 4957E Wait for message time out (Solicitor no# 16). Has anyone had
this problem and how did you correct it. Reboot every 45min. in order to plate .

WHAT EXACTLY YOU ARE DOING WHEN THE PROBLEM HAPPENS?
Look into the ERROR log of the Lotem for more info.

Update to my time out issue for the Lotom 800, It turn out to be a net work problem . Unpluged
it from the wall and ran it direct to the server.

we are also - experiencing the same problem.

Was that just a temporary fix?

Because, just about 2 months ago it started happening.

We've had this system for more than 6years.

Anyways - i did try the direct connection and it worked. But, the problem is - I have a network of computers that need to connect to it.
