When making plates I am having issues with llines going through all the images. Sometimes they show up even in areas where there is no image. Have done everything the tech has told us to do - have cleaned optics, drum, basically whole machine. Have even pulled out boards (per the techs instructions) in hope of the machine resetting. I run azura plates - previously ran kodak thermal direct and had that issue before. ANyone have any thoughts?
