Hi Patch
Today we changed the light detector with value 4.8 afterthat also same status all laser calibration failed means shows red in color...
second thing today we opened all the doors backside closed all the interlocks and move the carriage we have seen the laser beam is passing on the drum first slight then again slightly before toching the light detector liitle more beam then fails red in color...
Kindly advise what to do next ...
i changed the detector value too.. in registry to 4.8 afterthat treid with 5.5 / 5.8 no use same error checked all the power cables...
