Lotem 800v2 Image shifting

Hi

We are facing data shifted vertically on the plates; checked the ripped lqs tiff file ok, after expose and develop we have seen text/image got shifted/jumbed slightly in vertical manner.. (not all over the plates, shifted/jumbed here and there)

We are using Prinergy + Xpo + Universal Tsp + cable (lotem 800v2)


How to identify which one causes problem ..

1. TSP card / cable
2. Laser diode / LDD card
3. Strobe
4. DDb board

probably the TSP - try resetting it before each plot

Thanks for ur reply.. Tried with half laser also same result..

We cleaned and resetted strobe/dsm/mcf and tsp board past 2 days everything works ok but again the same error starts just now onwards..

Could u clarify my queries as below..

1. Whether room temperature (less cooling) will cause this error (data shifting) when the equipment is running completely.. Few years back we faced the same problem in our imagesetter at when the room temp is not maintained..


2. Suddenly expose ( % )got stucks/ stops in both Prinergy station and Lotem controller station without any error then we manually abort / stop the process (whether some boards get heated or ??)


3. How come we make sure that its related to DDb why not strobe or universal tsp ??
